It is interesting to read Mr. Buford's story, but the most helpful part of the book, for me, was all the questions he suggests the reader ask themselves to find out what in life is most important to you and where and with whom do you want to spend your time and talents (presumably in your "second half" of life). Worth a read particularly if you are feeling any sort of mid-life crisis.

The jackals scare the donkeys away and the baboon ran up a steep cliff and is to scared to come down. So Jack and Annie climb up and on there way down they both fall!
